Product Features

Ready Bucket Practical Asphalt It is prepared in 25 kg plastic buckets or nylon bags.

Aggregate (stone) size can be adjusted according to the intended use of the product.

A 40×50 cm pit with a depth of 5 cm can be repaired with a 25 kg bucket or a bag.

As long as the product is not exposed to air, it can be stored for 12 months without deterioration.

Implementation

• The area to be repaired should be excavated sufficiently.
• The edge of the excavated pit should be cut vertically and thoroughly cleaned.
• If the product is to be applied on a flat area, emulsion (adhesive) should be applied to the floor.
• Then, the cold asphalt should be filled into the pit in the form of a slight bump.
• Then, the product should be compacted with a hammer, shovel, compactor or roller depending on the application area.
