Our ISG Line cold paint is a one-component, acrylic MMA resin-based, solvent-based line paint. It has been specially formulated for applications to be made within the scope of occupational safety. It has high physical and chemical resistance, low ground sensitivity. It dries quickly, does not hold dust and dirt on it, and is resistant to friction. SAFETY LINE WHITE OHS LINE PAINT is offered for sale in 5, 10 and 20 kg packaging options. Surface Preparation Information: Before MMA SAFETY LINE application, the surface to be applied must be dry, dust-free, free from oil and other dirt. The floor temperature must be above 5 ºC and below 40 ºC. It is recommended to clean the existing paint on the floor.

Application Information: It is recommended to be applied by spraying on the floor with automatic application equipment. If necessary, it can also be applied with a brush or roller. Since the product is in application viscosity, there is no need for thinning. If needed, it can be thinned with its own thinner. It is recommended to be applied with a primer.

Drying Time: Completes touch dry in approximately 15 minutes. It completes the bottom drying in approximately 45 minutes. Drying times vary at higher relative humidity and lower temperature. With 5 Kg Safetyline OHS Line Paint, 40 meters of ISG lines with a width of 15 cm, 80 meters of ISG lines with a width of 15 cm with 10 Kg of Safetyline OHS Line Paint, and 160 meters of ISG lines with a width of 15 cm with 20 Kg of Safetyline OHS Line Paint can be applied.

Applications such as parking lines, in-plant applications, in front of apartments can be made in accordance with the OHS regulation.
