Lighted Trailer - Traffic Warning Trailer (O1 Certificated)

Mechanical Properties

- Dimensions are produced in accordance with highway standards.

- Closed dimensions of the Traffic Warning Trailer are 1500x3000xh2000mm (can be manufactured in different sizes upon request)

- Traffic Warning Trailer The open height of the signal transmitter is 4000mm.

- The profiles used, static calculations have been made and wind resistance calculations and carrier constriction calculations are manufactured considering all adverse conditions.

- The axle system has been adjusted considering the trailer empty and full calculations. The axles used do not consist of a flat profile and hub, but have a suspension feature with a torsion system.

- The tow bar used in the trailer is e-certified in accordance with the regulation of non-motorized vehicles.

- On the front of the Traffic Warning Trailer, there is a jockey wheel that allows it to move independently from the vehicle.

- There are 2 jacks at the rear to fix the Traffic Warning Trailer to the working part.

- Trailer signal transmitter lifting drive system is made with hand windlass and 1700N shock absorbers as standard. (Optionally, automatic lifting can be done with hydraulic or electric actuator.)

- The signs on the traffic warning trailer are made of Type4 reflective material in accordance with highway standards.

Electrical Properties;

- Traffic Warning Trailers are manufactured as 12V as standard and can be manufactured as 24V upon request.

- Used Accumulator 12V 60Ah as standard (72Ah or 90Ah can also be used upon request)

- There are 15 pieces of 200mm yellow and 2 pieces of 300mm white flashing lights on the lighted trailer.

- There are 15 3w power LEDs in yellow flashing lamps.

- There are 21 power LEDs of 3w in white flashing lamps.

- Strobe lamp body and glasses are made of polycarbonate material.

- Strobe lights and control box are IP67 sealed.

- Lighted Trailer System control board is microcontroller based.
