Standard Signaling Pole

Standard signaling poles are galvanized poles to which the signal transmitters that provide the junction arrangement are attached. Generally, 200 mm triple signal transmitters, 200 mm pedestrian signal transmitters, single signal transmitters and countdown signal transmitters are connected. Depending on the preference of the institution, 3 groups of 300 mm signal transmitters are also used.

It is produced as hot dip galvanized. This ensures long-lasting use. It is produced as 4 meters. Anchored or embedded type is produced according to the project. It is manufactured from 114×4 mm cylindrical industrial iron pipe without any joints. It is produced in highway standards. A cover is used on the top of the standard poles to prevent water from getting in. For electrical connections, there are 20×10 cm oval corner connection points. By closing these points with the help of a gasketed cover, impermeability is ensured. There are 21 6 TSEK certified rail terminal blocks on the staggered rail inside the cover.

After all cutting, welding and deburring processes, the product goes to the hot-dip galvanize. Thus, the possibility of rusting of the poles used in outdoor areas is eliminated.
