Product Description: Methyl methacrylate-based acrylic resin, high coverage, long-lasting, high-UV, two-component, cold-applied road marking paint that does not change color over time, is good to the surfaces it is applied, resistant to abrasion and friction.

Area of ​​Usage: All kinds of inner city intercity highways, pedestrian crossings, airports etc. It is used in areas, asphalt and concrete surfaces, especially pedestrian crossings, stop and speed break lines where traffic safety is important. With its 2-4 mm application film thickness, it provides good performance and strength in very heavy traffic and pedestrian circulation. It enables pedestrian and vehicle traffic flows with its fast drying after application. It creates different images with different application types such as spreading, spreading and profile skipping.

Method of Application: The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned from blistered and loose texture layers and free powders. Dust, dirt and oil on the surface should be cleaned. The application surface must be absolutely dry. Never apply on damp or wet surfaces. Double component PMR FORS MMA Double Component paint is mixed with the second component, 50% dibenzoylperoxide, with the help of drill. The paint that has entered its reaction is applied in 1 layer with a roller, steel trowel, special application apparatus and tools, without drying in a maximum of 7 minutes. Glass beads to be used for night visibility should be sprinkled homogeneously on the paint surface.

         Before use 1. Component paint should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous in the box.

         2. The component hardener product is added at a rate of 4-5 g per 1 kg.

         The prepared and reacted mixture should be used without drying within maximum 7 minutes.

         Surface problems may occur in applications performed in environments below +5 oC and above +35 oC.

         Application surfaces should be dry and clean.

         Application should be made according to the specified Application features.

         It is not thinned, it is ready to use.

Application Tools Cleaning:

Application tools should be cleaned with PMR Fors Thinner immediately after use.
